Our logistics center allows you to be delivered :
- in France and in Europe within 24/48 hours,
- internationally by air express,
- under DAP (Delivery At Place) incoterm: you choose to pay all taxes related to the importation of your solutions,
- or under DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) incoterm: Matts Digital takes care of paying the import taxes to the tax authorities of the destination country.

As your satisfaction is our priority, we have set up a customer relationship management with our manufacturers in case of failure. In concern of ecology and respect of environment, Matts Digital can take back your material at the end of the project or when your products can't be repaired, to destroy it for you respecting the recycling standards WEEE, giving you a certificate.
