A distributor specializing in Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) solutions, Matts Digital distributes a full range of AR/VR headsets, peripherals and accessories, as well as a line of consumables for employee health and safety. 

Backed by a major industrial group in Maine et Loire, Matts Digital has also developed a unique service offering in Europe, to support companies in the Pre-deployment, Deployment and Operational phases of their AR/VR projects. Head office is at 6A rue de la Rame, Angers.

Your main activities

Under the direct authority of the President of the company, you will work from your office in relation with the different departments of the company, the customers as well as the external partners of Matts Digital.
Prospecting and recruiting new customers
  • Analysis of the French market
  • Definition of prospecting targets: publishers, key accounts
  • Operational implementation of prospecting actions
Retention of existing customers
  • Develop loyalty among existing customers entrusted to him/her
  • Development of additional sales on existing customer base
  • Monitor project execution and customer satisfaction
Relations with company partners
  • Maintain day-to-day relations with manufacturers' sales teams
  • Participate in new product listing meetings
  • Interface with operational teams on a daily basis.
Competitive analysis
  • Report competitive information to your manager
  • Propose improvement actions to strengthen our competitive position.
Dashboards, analysis and reporting
  • Draw up weekly and monthly activity reports.
    • Number of contacts
    • Projects identified
    • Number of quotations issued
    • Project completion rate
  • Draw up a monthly analysis of actions taken and an action plan for month M+1.
  • Draw up recommendations for improving/optimizing activity and company organization.

Profile required

  • Level L3, M1 or M2 in a Business School / IAE
  • Dynamic, autonomous, responsible, curious, available
  • Passionate about new technologies (Internet, Virtual and Augmented Reality)
  • Powerful thinker
  • Ability to communicate, argue and convince
  • Proficiency in office automation tools
  • Design and update dashboards
  • Good command of professional English would be a plus
Angers (France) with some travel involved
Full time permanent contract
Monday to Friday, daytime work
To be defined according to profile and experience
