Matts Digital is an Anjou-based company born in 2019 specializing in augmented reality and virtual reality (AR/VR).
Matts Digital distributes a complete range of virtual and augmented reality headsets, peripherals and accessories, as well as a line of consumables for employee hygiene and safety.
 
Backed by a large industrial group in Maine et Loire, Matts Digital has also developed a unique service offer in Europe, to accompany companies in the pre-deployment, deployment and operation phases of their AR/VR projects.
Our headquarters are located at 25 rue Lenepveu in Angers, in the premises of the WeForge incubator.

Your main activities

Under the direct authority of the President of the company, you will work from your office in relation with the different departments of the company, the customers as well as the external partners of Matts Digital.
Daily management of customers
  • Ensure the daily relationship with customers
  • Enter customer orders
  • Follow the web orders
  • Edit delivery notes
  • Edit invoices and send them to customers
  • Ensure the follow-up of deliveries to customers
  • Record payments, manage collection and customer reminders 
Relationship with suppliers and partners
  • Maintain day-to-day relations with the company's suppliers
  • Verify and enter purchase and overhead invoices
  • Ensure the daily interface with the Marketing teams
  • Ensure the daily interface with the operational teams of our industrial partner located near Cholet (sales administration team, after sales team, technical team)

Profile required

You are dynamic, autonomous, responsible, rigorous, organized, synthetic, curious and passionate about new technologies.
You have a minimum of 3 years of higher education, are proficient in office automation tools and enjoy designing dashboards.
Finally, you have a good command of English (especially written) for frequent exchanges with our customers around the world and our Chinese suppliers.
A first professional experience would be a plus.
Angers (France) with some travel involved
Full time permanent contract
Monday to Friday, daytime work
To be defined according to profile and experience
